- Replacement of silicone sealant around the shower tray and in corners — effectively renewing joints that were failing or mouldy.

Once cleaned and fully dried, we applied a high-quality impregnating sealer to protect the grout and tiles from water absorption and future staining – making ongoing maintenance far easier.
To finish off, we removed the mouldy silicone around the tray and corners and replaced it with fresh, professional-grade sanitary silicone. Not only does this restore the visual appeal, but it also creates a better seal, reducing the chances of leaks and mould returning.
